Even though it was my mistake, she went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. She was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate the time and effort she put in to help me, especially when the issue was caused by my own mistake. She provided excellent customer service and was incredibly kind and professional. Our 3-year-old granddaughter loves loves loves Bluey so I was delighted to find a shirt and pants for her doll with that design. Thank you! (A minor detail: She knows that her own pants have the tag in the back, so having a tag in the doll's pants helped her dress her doll alone. Independence!)
