Please allow 1/2 inch variability to adjustable collars! All items are handmade, minor variations may occur, but sizing generally runs true to what is stated.

If your pet is near the high end of a size range, I suggest ordering a size up. My one dog has a neck size of 14 inches, but I tend to wear their collars on the loose side, so she wears the 15-20 inch collar let out halfway.

Each collar is custom made AFTER the order is placed, therefore; I only offer returns should the item arrive damaged, or if it is not what you ordered (wrong pattern, width, hardware, etc).

These collars are fabric over polypropylene webbing, they can last a long time if you take care of them! They will get dirty eventually (some faster than others depending on the dog). If you find you need to clean the collar, I use cool water, a toothbrush, and some detergent to clean things up.

If it is a cotton or flannel collar, you can toss it in the wash (with jeans/pants works best, cool water). For collars with cork, hand wash only. Lay flat to dry!

ALL collars will show wear eventually, itchy dogs, or dogs that wrestle (I'm looking at you multi dog households!) and grab collars will show wear faster! The key to collar longevity is swapping collars often, if you only wore 1 shirt and never washed it, it would wear out quickly!
