Hello and welcome to my shop.
I started my busines several years ago, when i made my first cake topper for birthday party of my friend. After party several neighbours asked me to make something similar for them also. And my story began . I had been making toppers and signs for many people, sending sketches first, asking colors and wished shapes or finishes. I use many different fonts also. There are so many beautiful fonts! The magic world of fonts! - i just love what I do. Designing toppers takes many time to create it perfect and special . So I decided ask my sister help me in creating them, as I had no spare time for my life. Now we are a little company with several helpers. Every day we making custom orders for wedding or birthday events. Many satisfied customers - is our proud and happiness. We work all week sometimes without weekends as there are many rush orders and we need prepare parcels for delivering in time. I know how you waiting your items, how exited to receive them. I make all my best to pack the items securely as sometimes looking at received parcel - is the feeling it had gone through the “war zone”! At the begining we had many broken items coming – then we decided try another packages, and now your items come safe and sound . If you see that item come broken – please contact me and I make all possible to send replasement ASAP. Thank you and have a nice day)

Tax fees
All orders shipped outside the Ukraine may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible.
These are fees that I can't quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering.
Custom and personalised orders
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I don't accept returns or exchanges .
In case of return of items the buyer pays all postage.
All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, are non-refundable.
If for some reason something arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 3 days of receipt.
All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless you not notified in writing within a period of three days following delivery of the goods.
Care instructions
Parcels returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be refunded minus 10% of the order cost and post , Not for custom orders ! (All custom orders and personalized signs is non-refundable )
All custom orders, including a personalized engraving items, place cards , and any personalized signs are non-refundable.

CANCELATION*****
- If immediately after the purchase for some reason you want to cancel your order, please contact us. If after the order has not passed 12 hours we will make a refund in full volume of 100%.
- If after the order has passed more than 24 hours and your order has not yet been made, we guarantee a 80% refund of the price. (We are working through an intermediary, so we cannot get back their commission).
- If your order has already been made, but not sent, and for some reason you need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We guarantee a 50% refund of the price.
- If your order is already shipped, no refund will be made.
Damaged in Transit
1) Contact me ASAP and send me a photo of the damaged items next to the USPS package so I can file a claim with USPS.
2) Please keep the damaged items in case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.
3) Depending on how soon your event is, I might be able to send you replacement.
I will do everything I can to mitigate the issue.
I will let you know what your options are, and at that time, you may choose to take that chance
If you leave negative feedback without allowing me to solve the issue, I will not offer any solution and/or send replacement
