Welcome to Caking At Home!
As a family of six, our favorite times are spent in the kitchen. We love to eat and always have room for something sweet! It began with our mom baking cookies for our lunch boxes and after-school snacks. She taught us everything we know about baking, and now, we love to make sweet treats in the kitchen together.
When we were kids, our mom always baked our birthday cakes at home. What made them special were the decorations on top. She used our favorites things - LEGOs, mini Barbie dolls, and dinosaur figurines. Our family made a special point of gathering around the cake, singing loudly, and taking photos. Imagine a huge smile behind the lit candles, eyes shut as a wish was made, and blowing out the candles followed by everyone’s applause.
