Many of our pieces are cast using the lost wax casting method which we do not do at home, though Nicky hand carves the master models which JCS cast for us. They are all hand finished by Nicky in our home workshop.

Custom and personalised orders
Do you ship to *insert country here* - I ship anywhere, but depending on reliability of your local postal service I might have to charge you more. Sorry!
What is included in my order?
Each item comes with an adjustable black cotton cord unless you are purchasing a brooch or otherwise specified. Since most of our items are sand cast (meaning a new mold is made for every piece), there may be very minor diferences from what you see in the picture.
What if my order is urgent?
We aim to get all custom orders complete and sent out within a week. Items which require enamelling or hallmarking will take longer. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do everything we can to get it ready and sent as soon as possible. For UK customers, we offer a postage upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed which gets your order delivered to you in one day after we post it. Simply upgrade to Trackked delivery at check out.
Do you use plastic packaging?
Not at all. All of our packaging, including our tape is 100% paper and always will be.
