5 out of 5 starsOh my. Where to begin? So warm, so soft, so.. perfect. Shipping? Barry Allen could not do better. ( Sorry my nerd is showing, he is the Flash) So, fast in other words. This is going to sound bad, but it is not I assure you, it has a smell to it. Like a friends house. When I put it on the first time it felt, and smelled, so comfortable I kept finding excuses to go outside. I do not know, I think I might be secretly in love with you guys now.. that or we were friends in a past life. Five stars well earned.

Size
The scarfs and gloves are unique size.
Instructions on how to take care of the pieces
We recommend to hand wash the pieces on cold water. If you want to use a washing machine, use short programs, cold water and put the piece inside a protective bag for delicate clothes.
The second piece has no postage expenses
If you buy two pieces from Càlid BCN at once, there are no postage expenses for the second item. Use this offer to get two pieces without additional shipping expenses!
Cancellation, Exchanges
Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted when the product has not been shipped.
Exchanges: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products are only eligible for an exchange if they are in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Otherwise, exchanges won’t be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products are only eligible for a return if they are in the exact condition in which they were delivered. Otherwise, returns won’t be accepted and the refund won’t take place.
In the unlikely case that the product has been delivered with a flaw, the buyer has 7 days to contact the seller and prove the flaw with pictures. If the flaw is the seller’s responsibility, the seller will send another identical piece and the buyer is exempt of any additional expense.
