5 out of 5 starsColleen’s work is awesome and so is her customer service. The items shipped the first of December. However they didn’t make it in time due to Christmas because of the USPS service. She refunded my money on Christmas Eve after my package was sitting in the same spot since 12/6/2020. I received my package a couple of days after Christmas. I highly recommend this shop for their great quality and exceptional customer service.

And in perfect 2020 fashion it arrived late - not because of the shipper but because usps has been having issues and 2020 just wanted one more joke before it ended. Good thing I’m keeping my tree up for a while in 2021 just to bring me some joy.
