Can I make changes to an items color or font style?
Yes, Most of my items are made to order and I am able to make adjustments to the item to accommodate your needs. Please contact me prior to purchase.
What if I check the box as gift option?
Marking this box does not add anything to your order. I do not add extra printing, or custom messages on items that don’t have the option in the listing.
I do not add gift wrapping.
The only thing this does on my end is - I will not add a receipt.
I need this by Friday!!!....Is this possible?

I ship from California so last minute shipping may be possible, but expensive.
What if I have ordered incorrectly?
If your order has missing information or incorrect details, I will message you via Etsy and via Email. I will not process your order until clarification has been made. If I have no response within 48 hours, I will cancel the order and refund in full.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Most of the time no, shipping fees are not refundable...unless I've made the mistake; in this case... yes, I will do what needs to be done to correct the order.
IF your order qualified to "ship for free" with Etsy's new platform, and you need to return it.... ALL shipping charges will be your responsibility. This includes the cost to return to me and the cost I incurred to ship to you.
What ring pop candies are available?
If you ordered a ring pop candy, I add a random flavor. If you like a specific one, please leave a note. I typically have -blue, red, pink, green & purple. Sometimes I may have sour flavors & orange.
