Creating Creatures since 2020!
...well, earlier than that, actually. Like most kids who joined the fandom in the mid-2010s, what ignited my passion for all things furry was an hour-long, badly recorded video of a fursuit dance contest. I was enamored! What were these fluffy things? Why did so many people dress in these costumes? How can I join the fun? Being 13-14 and having a new vested interest obviously meant trying to make a fursuit for myself... which didn't go so well. Used the wrong foam, cheap furs, and glues that were not so safe for me to be huffing in my bedroom. While this adventure down a deep rabbit hole of fursuit tutorial blogs didn't result in a finished suit, it did leave a lasting impact on me creatively. As I grew older and took steps towards figuring out what I wanted to do with my adult life, I always felt a pull back towards making those animal costumes.
So I did. In 2020, I made and sold my first real fursuit partial. The rest is history!
Nowadays, I primarily do parts commissions, but I have completed about a dozen fursuit heads as well. I've shipped my work to countries all over the world, engaged with fandom members speaking dozens of languages, and have loved every second of it-- and I am nowhere near done. My dream is to be able to make fursuits as a full-time job. I know it won't be glamorous or particularly high-paying, but it is the most fulfilling thing I get to do with my time. Every sale I make, whether here on Etsy or on my independent commission site gets me one paw closer to that dream.
Thanks for visiting my little corner of space.
