Broken and Incorrect Mugs

If you receive a broken mug or an incorrect design please contact us through your Etsy account as soon as possible with a photo of the broken mug. We are happy to replace them if they arrive broken, misprinted or damaged in any way or if our sublimation printer has sent you the wrong item. Please let us know ASAP.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
