No. Your download is a small PDF with your private planner link. Open the link on any phone, tablet, or computer — nothing to install, no account to create.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes — one tap switches the whole planner between English and Spanish.
Do you save my child's information?
No. There are no accounts and nothing is stored on a server. Your routines live while you use the planner, and there's a printable one-pager if you want it on the fridge.
Can grown-ups use it?
Yes — there's a grown-up mode built for autistic adults who want the same calm structure for their own day.
What if something doesn't work?
Message me. If the planner won't load or work right on your device, I'll make it right.
What's your return policy?
Because this is a digital download, returns aren't available the way they are for shipped items — but if there's a technical problem I can't fix, I'll refund you. Just message me first. One purchase covers your household — please don't share the planner link publicly.
