Calm tools for ADHD brains and tired cooks. Apps, cookbooks & planners by a Ukrainian chef. Quiet. Honest. Yours forever.
By day, I'm a chef. I work twelve, sometimes thirteen
hours behind the line — prep, service, cleanup, repeat.
It's the kind of work that empties you out and fills
you up at the same time.
My name is Illia, and I'm from Ukraine.
I started cooking when I was a teenager, and somewhere
along the way the kitchen became my school for almost
everything else. It taught me that systems beat
motivation. You don't survive a busy service on
inspiration — you survive on prep, on stations set up
right, on small quiet habits repeated until they hold
you up. The lesson stayed with me long after I left
the kitchen each night.
I have ADHD. After long shifts I'd come home wanting
to organize my life, write, plan, create — and find
my brain too scattered to start anything. I tried
every planner app on the market. Most wanted
subscriptions. The rest wanted my data or my attention.
None of them felt calm. None of them felt like they
were built by someone who actually had an ADHD brain.
So in the small hours between shifts, I started
building one for myself. No business plan. No grand
vision. Just an honest tool that respects an ADHD
brain instead of shouting at it. A focus timer,
a task list, a habit tracker, a brain dump — the
four things I needed to hold my own line outside
the kitchen. That became Focus.Flow.
Around the same time, I started writing cookbooks.
Honest, minimalist, season-based recipes I cook for
myself and the people I love. Same philosophy: calm,
useful, no fluff. I write them the same way I plate
a dish — every element earns its place, nothing is
there to decorate.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THIS SHOP
Every product here comes from those quiet hours
between shifts. The apps I build to simplify my own
life. The cookbooks I write so I can cook better at
home. The weekly meal planners that save me from
deciding "what's for dinner" when I'm already tired.
Nothing in this shop is outsourced, AI-generated
filler, or designed to upsell you into a subscription.
Every file was made by hand, used by me, and refined
until it actually worked.
If something I made helps you feel a little less
scattered, a little better fed, a little more focused —
that's the whole reason I make it. That's the whole
return on the time I spend doing this instead of
sleeping.
A FEW HONEST PROMISES
I respond to every message personally. Not a team.
Not a chatbot. Just me, usually between shifts or
early in the morning.
I update my digital products for free, forever.
If you bought Focus.Flow today and I add new features
in six months, you get them at no extra cost.
I will never sell your data, send you marketing
emails, or ask you to subscribe to anything. One
purchase, one product, yours to keep.
THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE
This shop is a small thing built with full attention.
If you choose to buy something from me, you're not
supporting a startup or a brand — you're supporting
one Ukrainian chef who believes good tools should be
quiet, kind, and yours forever.
That means more than I can put into words. Thank you.
