Custom and Personalised Orders
If you’re purchasing an item listed as customised, I’ll work closely with you to make sure it’s perfectly suited to your needs and intended use.
Once you place your order, I’ll create a draft of your item based on your description and chosen options. Please ensure your details are accurate and, if you’d like an image not shown, include clear information such as the action and style (e.g. line, cartoon, or photo).
A preview of your item will be shared with you for approval. You’ll then have 48 hours to request any changes. If no response is received within this time or you confirm the design is correct, production will begin. Once production starts, the item becomes non-refundable.

Available stock reflects what can be produced immediately. If you’d like to place a larger order, please contact me directly to arrange this. While it typically won’t cause significant delays, larger orders may add 2–3 working days to allow additional base stock to arrive.
We’ll begin designing your products while awaiting materials to ensure your order is completed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At this time, due to business restrictions, we are unable to ship outside of the UK. Any orders placed from outside the UK will be refunded in full.
