Cup came in sticky and had what looked like pieces of the gift wrap used in the packing adhered to the cup. It also had an overwhelming chemical smell coming off it. Seller was made aware and stated that the cup had likely not cured properly. The seller was very apologetic and responsive at first. They even offered to replace the cup and add on free customization to make up for it. A few weeks went by with no answer so I reached out to them and they said the order was being worked on. A week later (now about a month after receiving the damaged cup) I messaged to ask if they could give me a rough estimate for when the cup would ship. I received no answer. Three days later reached out to them again with no response from seller. Ended up having to open a dispute with Etsy in order to get a refund.

Never received item. Never got any communication from seller

I never got the product that I paid for only a handle and I did not pay $49.06 for just the handle and I have a receipt for it so far they are trying to help me but I will not change my review until I get what I paid for

I never received item. Sellers never responded to my messages and Etsy refunded my order.

I placed an order and it said it was shipped. The tracking number was wrong so I couldn’t check on it. I messaged the seller to try and get an updated tracking number and she hasn’t responded and it’s been a week. It’s past the due date-still nothing. I had to dispute the charge with the bank. I do not recommend buying from this shady seller what so ever !

Was super excited for this item as a gift, but sadly never received this item or any communication with seller. Had to ultimately file a case for a refund.
