Cancellations

Payment

Items can be cancelled by contacting me within 6 hours. After this period, the item cannot be cancelled but may be returned for a refund, see the returns section for details.

If using PayPal, please ensure your Etsy and PayPal addresses are the same and are up to date. If not I will contact you to clarify where to post your item, which could slightly delay dispatch time.

Shipping

I aim to dispatch every order within one to two business days. If you order at the weekend the item will be shipped on the next working day. I send all items via Royal Mail for the UK and Royal Mail international delivery for everywhere else.

Please note shipping fees do not include any import duties or taxes which may be payable by the Buyer in their country.

Please note Buyers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct.

I do not use tracked or signed for mail, so if you want to be able to track the progress of your parcel please contact me before purchase and I will be able to arrange a tracked/signed for delivery option for an additional fee.

Please contact me if you need an approximate delivery time or need an item by a particular date. Usually I cannot give an exact delivery date, but can advise on approximate time scales based on Royal Mail delivery estimates.
