Orders are currently being processed within 1-2 business days. Packages ship from our studio in Irvine, CA and take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive to most US destinations, if there are no USPS delays. Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage mail (unless otherwise specified) and you will receive a tracking number via email once it ships. You always have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS Ground at check-out for speedier delivery.

For INTL ORDERS: While we typically process all orders within 1-2 business days, the expected delivery date may range from 3-6 weeks depending on region and other factors. For orders going to Canada and the UK, delivery may range from 1-3 weeks. We ask in advance that you be patient as we are seeing packages with delayed intaking scans. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the timing of mail delivery due to a variety of factors outside of our control, including missing tracking scans and customs clearance in the country of delivery.

Please note that our shipping partner USPS has suspended all mail delivery to some countries. If you are unsure whether your country is accepting mail from the USA, please check the USPS website or send us a message. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, but please check with us for a premium DHL service.

Although we've grown quite a bit since our initial start in my parents' garage, we're still a small business. That means for every order and inquiry, there's a human on the other end answering your questions and packing your orders. We value the well-being of our team members and give everyone in our office the opportunity to fully unplug from work over the weekends and build connections with their loved ones. As such, we respond to messages and ship orders from Monday through Friday.
