Coasters & badge reels will ship 1 day after payment is received.

If it happens to take longer, I will notify you. If you have a deadline for a party or event please let me know ahead of time.
I will provide you with a tracking number & ETA as soon as your order is mailed out but THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES that it will arrive on time. Please message me with any issues. I ship from Houston, Texas.
Will my garland/banner arrive assembled?
Yes, all garlands and banners will arrive assembled and ready to hang!
My order did not arrive on time, can I return it for a refund?
I accept returns on NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY.
If your order happens to arrive after your event date please take the following steps:
1. As soon as your package arrives, send me a message. Please DO NOT open it.
2. I will send you a return label, attach the label to the package and drop it in the mail.
3. As soon as I receive it I will send you a refund.
