5 out of 5 starsI’m really happy with the quality of this rug! The thickness is great and it’s very comfortable. The color is spot on from the listing photo. I aired it out in the garage for 24 hours with baking soda and a fan because it smelled pretty bad, but now the smell is completely gone. There is some shedding which is to be expected, but much less than rugs I’ve had in the past. And the shedding doesn’t spread all over my house which is nice, it stays contained on the rug and I can easily vacuum it up. My dog did already snag one thread so we’ll see how that goes, but that’s part of having a big dog that chews on everything. Overall we’ve been loving the rug and I’m really excited to have such a nice quality rug in my living room!

4 out of 5 starsThe rug I purchased is exactly the same as the listing. It is lovely, the design is nice and the colors are good, but the knots are quite large making it appear different than I expected. It was custom made to order (which I did not know when purchased) so it took longer than expected (but still within the window of time quoted). The customer service was excellent. Overall, the rug is nice. Not positive I would purchase again.

payment procedure will be done through PayPal invoice. once your purchase is confirmed you will receive an email containing a paypal invoice for that same amount , you DO NOT need to have a paypal account to be able to pay. paypal here only acts as a payment portal.

Cleaning and Care instructions
All of our rugs are either new or vintage , new ones as you know are not used and are already clean and tidy, vintage ones are professionally washed , cleaned and repaired beforehand , so you can be sure the rug is ready to use as soon as you receive it .
since these rugs are all dyed with natural colors , cleaning them with chemical detergents will ruin both the color and the pile.
for small stains we recommend to rub it with a damp cloth. or if didn't work use a cloth damped with alcohol (preferably vodka!).
for full wash only let professionals do it. contact your local rug cleaners.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All rugs are wrapped in triple layer plastic burlap and packaged in normal corrugated carton boxes.

Sizing details
The sizes are measured from one side to the other , not including the fringes. so keep in mind the rug plus it's fringes might be couple of inches larger than the size mentioned in the listings.
Shipping
Depending on your location we'd use either FedEx or DHL standard shipping. They are the most reliable, although still once in a while they make mistakes, but very rarely!
In our experience for the States it usually takes about 5-7 days.
for the UK 5-6 days. and for EU 3-4 days.
We will ship your purchase to you the day after unless it's the weekends , then it might be 2 days after.
I will provide you with a tracking number as soon as we ship your rug to you.
Return and Refund
We do not accepts returns and exchanges.
Normally in Etsy the return shipping costs is on the customer but this policy does not work for extremely heavy items such as area rugs. the return shipping costs the buyer has to pay is too high that makes the return virtually impossible.
plus that , most of our rugs are 100% new so there should be no concerns regarding the quality.
rest assured I will go out of my way to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
Photography
Selling rugs online is our job and pictures are our only tools to show the items , we take them very very seriously. for this we use Super Professional DSLR camera Canon 5D mark IV and before every photography with color calibrate the scene with Xrite calibrator which is used in hollywood movies.
the camera is connected to two professional monitors and we check every picture for quality and color accuracy as soon as it is taken. Once more after photoshoot is finished we check all the photos to make sure the colors are correct. so you can be sure the colors you see here are exactly the colors you'd get.
Color Accuracy
As you may know , every monitor and screen shows colors and hues a bit different. unless you're using a professional monitor some degree of color discrepancy is expected . to lower this as much as possible , do not trust your smartphone screens , they always hype up the colors and over saturate them to make a more beautiful scene but in this case they destroy the color accuracy and give you a false color gamut.
laptop and PC screens are much more reliable , try to view these photos in a laptop or a PC monitor to be sure of the colors. New Apple Macbooks have very color accurate and reliable screens , if you have one of those , look at these pictures there to get the best representation of the colors on this rug.
