I am redoing the review. After much thought I decided to give this company a better review. Unfortunately some items take time to make and wait for the post office to send things off

The item i was sent was used, so i can only comment on what i received regarding quality. The seller stated it was a shipping error and promptly refunded my money. Customer service was prompt and efficient.

All my husband wanted for Christmas was a high quality axe and man, did this deliver. He is an elk hunter and this is large enough to do the job but small enough to keep his pack light. Thank you!

I purchased this toothbrush under the impression that the bristles were also made of bamboo or some type of non plastic material but came to find out that it’s nylon. I asked if I could return the item since I wasn’t planning on using it anyway but the seller was kind and refunded me without me returning it. I just think they should be more upfront about the fact that the bristles are still nylon and it’s not listed anywhere on the box it came in despite it telling you what the handle and box are made of. The nylon isn’t mentioned till the last picture on their slide deck and it’s in small font compared to the other things they highlight in this product. TLDR: shipping was fast, seller was kind to let me keep the tooth brush but I think they can be more transparent about their plastic bristles
