SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT:
+ Turnaround time is currently 2.5+ weeks (excluding holidays and weekends). Please keep this in mind when placing your orders.
+ Turnaround for custom orders will vary due to the nature of the order(s) however you can expect an approx. 4-6 weeks.
+ We are currently taking a limited amount of small rush orders
+ Due to the volume of orders we are suspending local pick up via Etsy. Please reach out via instagram or Etsy messages if you wish to pick up and be invoiced via square.
Local pick up orders must be picked up within 3 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in your order being discarded and refunds will NOT be issued. We cannot hold items for longer than that period and will not be held responsible for them after this time period. So please pick up your items within the timeframe above or opt to have your order shipped.
+ We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages and refunds will not be issued due to this. Once the item is with USPS we have no control over any of these issues that may arise.
+ We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our end. If you receive your order and notice there is an error (wrong name, color, etc.) please reach out to us within 24 of the order being delivered and we will correct our error.

When I receive my order?
Every item in the shop is 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 for you.
Our turnaround time is listed on each listing and will vary on the items complexity and current orders.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once we ship out the order, you’ll receive a notification via Etsy notifying you. We are NOT responsible for any delay, lost, broken or stolen products.
If you need an item by a certain date, we suggest reaching out to us FIRST before placing your order to ensure we can fulfill you order in the timeframe needed.
Adding a note in your order will NOT mean it will be completed by such date.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of of our work and each item being 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫, we do not accept returns unless it was an error on our end.
Custom and personalized orders
We take on a limited amount of custom orders a month. If you’re interested in a custom piece, please feel free to reach out to us to check our availability and receive a quote on your item.
Custom orders depending on the complexity will take 4-6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering!
