Do you create custom sizes?
Yes! We are happy to create pieces when we can accommodate. Please send us a message about your project including dimensions and application, and we'll let you know if it's something we can accommodate.
Typically, we have a minimum quantity of 4 for custom brackets and and a minimum of two for shelves.
Kindly note, custom pricing reflects the additional time and labor needed to make a piece and set machines for a small batch specific to a project. Custom pieces are non-refundable.
How much can the shelf brackets hold?
When installed correctly, our shelf brackets can hold approximately 75 lbs. Our brackets including mounting instructions as well as lag bolts for heavy loads.
Our Heavy Duty brackets can hold approximately 100lbs each.
How many metal brackets do I need?
Great question. You will need one on each end of the shelf and we recommend adding another one for every 32” of shelving.
QUANTITY OF BRACKETS: For strength and safety, we suggest using the following guidelines:
0”-36” = 2 Brackets
37”-68” = 3 Brackets
69”-100”= 4 Brackets
101”-132”=5 Brackets
133”-164”=6 Brackets
Can I return or exchange my order?
If not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
- We accept returns and exchanges of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery
- Custom pieces are non-refundable
- Provided bolt hardware is also needed for complete return/exchange
- Please contact us in advance for complete return instructions
- Buyer assumes the cost to return or exchange an order
- Please note we CANNOT accept and fully refund damaged or lost items, so we recommend packaging very carefully and using a tracking service

How Do Orders Ship?
Because we ship heavy steel pieces, we use a variety of shipping methods to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery. This includes USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
If USPS does NOT deliver to your address, kindly let us know in the order details or in advance of purchase. An order may be processed before a separate, later message is received.
My order says it was delivered but I didn't receive it?
1. Review the tracking number and look for info provided (delays, held at post office, etc.)
2. Confirm address entered at checkout is accurate
3. Check all areas around home including mailbox, side doors, garage, etc. Use front door video if applicable
4. Contact neighbors in case it was mistakenly delivered to an adjacent property
5. Contact the carrier directly. If shipped via USPS contact your local post office (not the 1-800 number) as they can provide GPS details
Sometimes, the package may be held at the post office to be picked up
6. If all signs indicate delivered but not found, theft may need to be considered and followed through.
