Frequently asked questions
Do we accept returns or exchanges?
Each item is custom-produced after an order is received, and therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales from our shop are final. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery by particular dates, as it is out of our control once the item is turned over to the shipping service. Items are typically produced within 1-7 business days before they are shipped. We do our best to keep you updated throughout the entire process but strongly recommend ordering early on any time-sensitive deliveries.
My item arrived damaged. Can you help?
Oh no! While this is absolutely rare, we’re happy to offer an exchange if there is any damage to an order. Please send us a message to our Etsy shop or submit a help request within 3 days of item delivery. When contacting us about a damaged item, please submit photos of the front of the item and the back of the item so we can follow up with our manufacturing partner.
My item says "Delivered" but I never received it. Can you help?
Please allow 24 hours for orders to arrive, even after “delivery” notifications have been sent. If your order has still not shown up, please send us a message so we can get in touch with our shipping service and track down your order.
I accidentally shipped my item to the incorrect address. Can you help?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.
If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our manufacturing partner and we have no way of recovering them.
In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping because all phone cases are made to order. This ensures that each product meets our quality standards, so we cannot expedite the production and shipping process.
Why has my package not arrived yet?
We apologize for the delay in receiving your package. Sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners or during transit. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to ensure your package arrives soon. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on its progress.
