Processing & Shipping
Our phone cases are made to order. Please allow time for your case to be produced before shipment. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on each listing and may vary depending on your location, phone model, production partner, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong phone model, finish, or changing your mind may not always be available. Please carefully check your selected phone model and options before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or ships.
