Return Policy

Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union. By making a purchase, you agree to this condition.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before requesting a refund, you must send us a private message on Etsy with clear, high-quality photos showing the defect or issue. If the phone case does not fit your phone, photos of the case on your device and proof of your phone model are required.

Refunds may be denied if a customer behaves rudely or inappropriately, regardless of the source of the error.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect, no refund will be issued, and the customer is responsible for any additional fees.

If the delivery service fails to deliver your package despite having the correct address, we will assist in resolving the issue, but the customer assumes all risks and related costs.

If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is not available, resulting in a return, no refund will be issued. Redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

Customers must provide a phone number when placing an order so the courier can contact them if needed.

Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen delays beyond our control.
