Return & Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted for international orders outside the U.S., except in cases of defects or wrong items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos showing the issue.

If the case doesn’t fit your phone, send a photo of the case on your phone + a photo of your phone model settings.

Refunds are not issued for buyer errors, such as ordering the wrong phone model.

If the mistake is ours, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be denied in cases of disrespectful or abusive communication.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check it — we are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect addresses.
