17. RETURNS POLICY
We are always happy to help you if things aren’t quite right.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel the purchase at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Kindly send the goods back within 28 days once you exercised your right to cancel.
You MUST notify us in 48 hours from receiving your order if any parts are missing.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, unless the goods are found to be faulty. It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. If you return part or all of your order we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed. In the cases of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, the delivery charge for a replacement to be sent out will not be charged.
Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase, but if you change your mind about your purchase, it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you bring the item back as soon as possible. We suggest that all returns are sent via recorded delivery so they can be tracked. Returns received after 28 days will be issued with a credit note
If we have made a mistake or the items are faulty we will generally replace the items or refund you in full. Occasionally we request you send us a photo of the problem so we can decide the best course of action.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition with ALL associated part included. Don’t forget to include screws etc if any were included. You MUST notify us in 48 hours from receiving your order if any parts are missing.
Delivery costs shown are for UK mainland postcodes only. If your postcode is classed as remote, we will be in touch and will advise the correct delivery costs.
We will attempt to deliver to you twice, an email or text message will be sent by our courier. If after the second time the goods are returned to us due to you not being available to receive them or you refuse the goods, then a £30 administration fee may be applied to your card and cost of further attempts to re deliver will be borne by you. The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
