I like the product. Took a little longer to get but was worth the wait.

This is my second purchase from this crafter/builder. The item is very sturdy, adaptable to window opening, easy to assemble considering it is hand made. I really like it & my cats do too. That is why I got a second one at my new place. Right now, I’m in a pickle though. One of the side pieces was smashed right at the screw on a side piece. I reached out to the seller & got an immediate response to replace it. Unfortunately, I have been waiting 2 weeks now & have not received communication as I reached out again. I’m not sure what to think or do at this point. I was going to leave my review after I received the piece. I did not want to reach out by a review, in this manner. Just don’t know what to do.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this item. The first one lasted 5 years before the elements wore it out. I love the design and my two indoor cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈‍⬛ love the increase to their quality of life.

This is the second one I’ve owned. My cats live in it. The first lasted 5 years before it started to rot. My suggestion is to reseal it annually to preserve the wood.

I want to like this. And there's a part of me that does! Once I got it settled, my cats got to fully enjoy it. However, a few pieces were slightly chipped. The perch could not be aligned properly due to the holes being slightly off & I'm missing the side pieces for the perch - its fine, I made do with some help from my powertools. Then it turned out that if it wasn't for the plexiglass top, it would fit fine in the window (apparently my window is a bit thicker than others). Guess who spent time shaving it down to fit!

my cats love this solarium! It's great quality. It was packaged well and easy to put together. You have to go to their website to get the assembly instructions. The instructions are easy to follow and they have pictures. Will purchase again for other windows.

Great for fat cats (and normal sized cats).

I didn't get the door with my order :( I bought one almost 4 years ago and still looks brand new except where I dropped the door and broke a corner. Bought another one because now that I moved in with my boyfriend the 4 cats were fighting over the one box. Now there's no fighting & my boyfriends geriatric cat can experience taking naps in the sun & feeling the breeze while still being a safe indoor kitty in the city. Thank you for making such a good quality product!

Instructions were missing images but set up wasn’t too bad without them

Pros: Great concept its a stunning piece, and the cat loves it. Con: I had some pieces that were too long but was modified easily enough. I DO want to however call the GREAT customer service from James the store owner. He asked for pics and then asked me to call him and he would make it right.
