I love this wallpaper so much! After my Macbook updated to Big Sur, I knew I needed a new wallpaper and wasn't fond of any of my images. Every time I open my laptop and see this, it just brings a sense of calmness to me.

Nature and travel photography with attention to detail.

I only sell photos in Catching Lights Shop that I would put in my home. Here two of my photos are shown in my apartment.
Sorting and selecting photos for Catching Lights Shop. I only select unique shots and the best of the best for you.
I edit my photos in Lightroom to bring out their natural beauty. I do not add effects of any kind using Photoshop.
My workspace where I edit in Lightroom, update my Tumblr blog and Etsy shop, meanwhile listening to a lot of Spotify.

Nature and travel photography with an attention to detail.

I've always loved photography. It speaks to me as a chemist to have the perfect balance between the arts and sciences. Back in 2012 I moved from Montreal to Atlanta for a new job. To help with the transition I challenged myself to find, capture, and report on the beauty of Atlanta as an exercise and meditation in gratefulness. I knew I needed to improve my photography skills, and I figured in the words of Frank Sinatra, "...if i can make it there, I'll make it anywhere."

Six years later, my point and shoot camera has been replaced with a DSLR camera and several lenses, and I continue to explore Atlanta and other places in the world with ongoing curiosity. Through this process I developed a talent for finding beauty in everyday scenes and a passion for nature photography.

I started Catching Lights Shop to share what I have found along the way.
