Since all our products are highly customizable and made to order, unfortunately I cannot accept returns. We always send proof before shipping to make sure everything is perfect and it is only shipped when we receive the approval from the customer :)

Keep in mind that you only have 15 days after order is received to request a replacement.

Yes! you can cancel your order but only within the first 24 hours after the order was placed or before asking for changes. Whichever comes first. After 24 hr the order cannot be canceled since the artworks is already in the works. If you requested changes the artwork is re-done to match the changes which adds additional work. If you still would like to cancel the order after 24hr we can cancel it but no refund will be provided.

We will send multiple Etsy messages and emails in order to get your approval. We want to make sure you get exactly what you approved. This is the only way we can ensure you get a top quality service and product. If your response is not received 5 business days after the last message we sent, we will proceed with the shipping of the artwork. If there are any mistakes we will send a replacement. If you have any changes left we can absolutely do them but the customer will cover the new shipping costs.

Please reach out immediately so we can ship a replacement. There is a $14 fee for returned order. Refund is not available.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide digital files. Only the physical version is shipped.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for packages delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered. We will ship a replacement for US orders or a digital replacement for international orders. We will also file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We accept returns on Wood frames sets unopened. The frames must be returned and delivered no later than 15 days after the customer receives them. There is a restocking fee of 15%.

The size of the artwork must be explicitly selected from the "Finish" section of the listing. The size you select is the size you receive. All sizes are in inches. Ex: a Small Wood Frame 5 x 7 is exactly 5 in width, 7 in height. Please make sure to select the size you expect. If you receive a products smaller than you selected, please reach out and we will more than happy to fix this issue with a replacement.
