A: Yes, I love custom orders! This can include color variations, adding a bell, or in some cases, adding your cat's name. If you have a specific idea, please contact me before placing your order to discuss your request and confirm feasibility.

Gift wrapping and packaging

A: Yes, I can pack your item as a gift and include a personalized gift note. If you would like this service, please contact me for details.

What are the shipping times?

Your waiting time is the time it takes for me to personally handcraft and pack your order plus the shipping time.

Shipping Estimates:

Europe: 7-14 business days

USA: approx. 21 business days

Canada & Australia: approx. 28 business days. Please note that tracking is limited once the package leaves Poland.

Please remember: These are estimates, not guarantees, as transit times are out of my control.

What if I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Due to recent changes in US import laws, all orders may be subject to duties and import taxes upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for these fees. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if my package is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable?

If a package is returned to me as unclaimed (e.g., you were not home for delivery or did not pick it up) or undeliverable (due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you), the refund issued will be for the item's cost only. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. The refund process begins once I have received the returned package.
I will hold the returned item for 3 months. You may contact me to arrange reshipment (at your cost) or a refund. If I do not hear from you within this time, the item will be donated to a Polish cat charity.

What if my package gets lost or I'm not happy with my order?

For lost packages: If a package is confirmed as lost by the postal service, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost. In the event of a suspected lost package, please allow up to 14 days to confirm it is not just delayed. I will then file a complaint with the Polish Post Office to confirm the loss.

For returns: If you receive your package but are not satisfied, please contact me. I will arrange a full refund for your order (item price + original shipping) upon the safe return of the item(s) to me. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
