Why is my item taking so long to make?

I handle design, making, painting, shipping, and everything myself as my coworkers have issues holding paintbrushes what with not having opposable thumbs (they have no issues handling a mouse but not the kind that is compatible with my equipment).

I am balancing this with my work and education, so it takes time to get work done to the quality that is expected. If it is super urgent, I am willing to work with you on faster shipping options.

Again, every order is 100% made by me, so if I suffer an injury or something it will affect processing times as well. I'll let you know if this happens via announcements.

The LEDs are not working

Batteries are not included in the order. The orientation of the batteries is very important so please check the battery box carefully for instructions.

In the unlikely event that the lighting kit is defective (I've had 2 defects out of 2,500 orders) let me know and we'll set up a replacement.

I've had a complaint that the LEDs stopped working after they took it swimming. Yeah, don't do that either. I don't accept return due to user inflicted damage.
