CauldronKitty store front and online store was opened in Los Angeles in 2003. We are an ethical witchcraft supply, providing folk-magick, witchcraft, wiccan, pagan and spiritual products. All hand made in the traditional magickal way with the best quality we can provide. We had our cool purple and black store front boutique in Los Angeles for 10 years, which Lorna chose to close when she got married. As of August 2012, are online only.

We hope you enjoy our products. Our goal is to provide customers with hand blended, high-quality, witchcraft products, made traditionally with authentic, natural ingredients, by experienced witches. We want to share the knowledge of centuries-old, tried and true practices, providing a powerful tool to help you achieve your life goals.

We blend the 'Olde' with the modern, to make things as effective and convenient as possible for you.

CauldronKitty's best selling product is our line of hand poured 'dressed' soy jar candles Spell in a Jar Candles . They come with instructions and are very easy to use and are extremely effective.
Our products smell great, work well and are made in small batches.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not acept returns.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER - Must be requested within 24 hours before items ships. We do not refund shipping fees.
NO REFUNDS on Lost/Damaged claims that are given to us after the 30 day limit for claim reimbursement. Please track your order.
California residents are charged sales tax.
We accept payment through Paypal. And credit cards.

We know paying for shipping stinks! We only charge actual shipping cost.
All items or combination of items over $50 subtotal require extra insurance fees. These should be included in your shipping charge. If not, we will let you know.

We are located in Los Angeles California, USA.

We use USPS for shipping and charge you what they chrge us.

Make sure your shipping address is correct. We will not replace or refund your order if the incorrect address was given by the customer.

We ship USPS Priority mail domestic. No rushes or expedited orders are accepted.

Insurance is included for items under $50. All items or combination of items totaling over $50 subtotal will be insured. Insurance should be included in your shipping charge. If extra insurance is needed you will be notified of the extra cost.

Domestic usually takes up to a 7-10 biz days. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by USPS or holidays.

We will do our best to accommodate you if any issues occur during the delivery process. Damages must be reported to us within three days of receipt. How and what products may be replaced will be discussed via email, based on each individual case.
For damages, please KEEP THE BOX that it was shipped in for the shipping claim to approve and for reimbursement, as they usually require an examination of the box.
Lost? Please let us know by email if you haven't gotten a tracking number for your order. It is YOUR responsibility to track your order and tell us if it doesn't arrive or is damaged.

If your package never gets delivered and is lost by the post office, please let us know ASAP! There is a time limit on the ability to file a claim (30 days from sale date) for reimbursement from the post office. If the time has expired to make a claim, we will not replace the item or refund you.
Once the claim is paid to us by USPS, you will then get a replacement order or refund. Claims take USPS about two weeks to process.

Jewelry comes in a purple or black velvet or faux suede bag.

Spells are easy, but can be intimidating to the inexperienced. We are happy to answer questions about our products, recommend which combo of products to use, how to use all of them. All our spell related products come with complete instructions.
