Ship dates on orders already placed are indicated on the order receipt -please use a desktop to see this, as a customer, it has come to my attention that it does not show up on the app

Estimated (not promised) delivery dates are indicated in the listing. I do not control the estimated delivery dates nor can I promise an order will arrive in time for your event. Orders delivered after your event date are not eligible for returns/refunds, as shipping delays are beyond my control.

Rush orders may incur a rush fee- please message me PRIOR to ordering to ensure I can meet the timeframe you are needing and to have a custom listing set up to include any rush fees and faster shipping options.

We do not have any additional information when it comes to the tracking of your order than you can see from the tracking information. What you see is what we can see and we do not know the date it will be delivered. If you need additional assistance, please contact USPS. Occasionally, tracking will stall, but generally pops up again anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. It is unfortunately the nature of the beast right now that the post office is experiencing frequent delays.

For orders marked delivered but you can't find it, you need to contact your local post office. Due to fraudulent consumer activity, as well as issues with porch pirates, I do not refund orders that are marked delivered.

Refunds are not issued and returns are not accepted on items that are delivered after your event. It is your responsibility to make sure you are ordering in plenty of time for them to arrive before you need them. This is generally advised as 2+ weeks prior. It is no secret that USPS is notorious for delays, so do not expect the "estimated delivery" given to be set in stone. This isn't always the case.

For printed items, please reach out to me BEFORE placing an order, as design fees are incurred for larger changes.

Once an order is placed, if you realize the shipping address is incorrect, we will cancel and refund the order. It will need to be placed again with the correct address. We will not make changes to the address- this ensures it is shipped to where you would like while also giving you a chance to make sure it is updated in your profile for future purchases on Etsy.
