I waited a year in order to purchase this binder and it's absolutely gorgeous. I love the museum gallery design and the laser print is super detailed and fine. The shipping was delayed a while due to the snow storms but the seller was extremely kind and checked on the package for me when I inquired about the delay. I did have a BIT of a mishap with some fountain pen ink that was entirely my fault (put things away properly, people!). I contacted the seller to ask about the manufacturing material for the binder itself (it seems to be by a new manufacturer so I wasn't entirely sure) so I could see what methods would be safe to clean it and when I explained what had happened they went and tested out ways to fade ink on binders for me! Truly above and beyond! Really love the binder and super appreciate this seller!
