Care instructions
Due to the delicate nature of some of the materials we use. We recommend keeping our products and accessories separately. We will always send you a pouch where you can store them separately, or preferably hanging.
Sizing details
We always do our best to be as informative as possible in describing the product. But if you have a question about sizing or simply aren't too sure, please do not hesitate to message me. And I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Custom and personalised orders
Most of our pieces are small batches of handmade range varying each season. Using traditional, sustainable and recycled materials. So, we generally do not custom made or personalised, except highlighted and mentioned in the product description.
Delivery Outside the UK
The shipping cost £13 to ensure your packages are shipped via Priority Mail. This way your packages are estimated to arrive within 6-10 business days. Also this ensures you will receive a tracking number which allows you to track the packages once it leaves the US.
CUSTOMS
Non-Uk customers
Shipments to foreign countries sometimes get held up in customs. We have no control over this. If you are overseas and need the package by a specific date, let us know so that we can discuss faster shipping options.
