The bottles were just fine. The problem was that when I tried to get a hold of the shop owner about why I didn't have an e-mail showing if the item was sent or not. I didn't hear back from him. Also it took almost 2 weeks for my bottles to show up. I don't mind waiting but it would have been nice to hear from the owner why there was a hold up.

Buyers beware! I placed my order on September 26 I contacted the seller because I had not seen my order ship after a week and I’ve contacted the seller three times after that and I still haven’t heard back from them. I haven’t heard back about my refund or my order being shipped. The worst customer service!

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. It seems this seller only sends items out 20% of the time. I'm one of the unlucky ones who not only does NOT get their item, but also does NOT get even a reply from the seller. Seriously a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Craig is awesome to work with. Bottles are high quality. Will purchase from again in the future.

We bought 2 sets of the 36-wine-rack, divided then in 4 so it fits perfectly in our shelves. We are in the process of staining it darker, but the natural pine is gorgeous too. See photo

The bottles arrived intact and look just like the photo. I look forward to making some custom blends in these bottles.
