How do I download my order?
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews. www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3. Next to the order, select Download Files.
Alternatively, an email will be sent to your registered email address on Etsy. There you will find a link to download your files on Etsy.
If you purchased as a Guest on Etsy, you can find your files in an email you received from “transactions@etsy.com”. Check the email you used to make your purchase.
Note:
- Etsy apps do not support downloads. Please use a web browser to access your downloads. If the payment is still pending, the Download Files button might temporarily be grey until it goes through.

How do I open .ZIP files?
New computers usually have software installed to handle unzipping files. If yours doesn't, you will need to download a program such as WinRar, WinZip or 7zip.

All of our fonts come in a postscript flavoured opentype (OTF).
Fonts that we do NOT currently support:

Do I need to pay for a Notion subscription to use your templates?
No, you can create a free account on Notion and use the templates at no cost after purchase.

Yes, there is copyright on these items. This means that the creator holds exclusive rights to use, distribute, and reproduce the items.
Custom and personalized orders
Some of the life planner templates I sell are quite large and include multiple databases. This can make the duplication process take longer than usual. I recommend giving it 30–60 minutes to fully load into your workspace.

If you receive a "duplication failed" message, it may mean your current Notion account doesn’t have enough space for the template. I suggest creating a new, free Notion account and trying to duplicate the template again.
