Within the UK: Small or Medium Parcels will be sent via Tracked 48. If you wish to receive your item more quickly, please select an upgrade for 1st Class (item will be sent Tracked 24). Any other service required, please message me for a quote before buying.
Everywhere else: Items will be sent via International Tracked (Air Mail). If you would like to TRACK & SIGN your item, please select a postage upgrade at the checkout.
If you wish for your item to be sent via a courier such as FedEx, please either message me for a quote first OR choose the appropriate postage upgrade at the checkout.
If you wish to pay lower postage costs and you do not need the item in a hurry, please message me for a quote for International Economy shipping.
Overseas postage costs may seem very high but these have increased recently due to the Covid-19 global crisis & fuel price increases.

I am happy to combine postage on multiple purchases. Please always message me first for a quote for both the items combined AND the postage.
Heavier/larger parcels of combined items might need to be sent in several parcels and/or by another courier (FedEx, UPS, EVRI, ParcelForce Worldwide etc) & will incur unavoidably higher postage charges than the Etsy system has quoted.

All items are carefully packaged for posting. I will always refund excess postage costs once items are packed & weighed. I try and reuse/recycle as much packaging as I can for my parcels.

NOTE: Fragile items such as ceramics or glass are NOT generally covered by postal carriers' loss or damage compensation schemes.
Please ask if this is a concern, particularly for overseas parcels.

UK Postage & Shipping

I currently post all items within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you wish an item to be sent via another service, please message me & I will advise of additional postage costs on an individual basis. Please also look at the Postage Upgrades available at checkout. Thank you!

International Postage & Shipping

All overseas postage will be sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked (Airmail). Cheaper option is International Economy if you are not in a rush! I can also send something that can be Tracked & Signed if you select a postage upgrade at the checkout. If you wish something to be sent via another courier, please message me for a quote - tell me the country you live in and a postcode. Thank you.

Lost Items

If an item has been sent via a Tracked service, and is not delivered in the carrier's expected delivery timeframe, I am happy to consider investigating compensation from the carrier and/or offering a refund. PLEASE NOTE: Fragile items such as ceramics or glass are NOT covered by postal carriers' loss or damage compensation schemes. Please ask if this is a concern, particularly for overseas parcels.

Damaged Items

I take great care in securely packaging all the items I post out. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or partially damaged due to my error, I will issue an appropriate refund for the item. I will also endeavour to recover the postage costs from the postal service used & pass these on to the buyer. This can take up to 6 months! PLEASE NOTE: Fragile items such as ceramics or glass are NOT covered by postal carriers' loss or damage compensation schemes. Please ask if this is a concern, particularly for overseas parcels.
