How do the caps work?
Simply remove the original manufactures cap from the product and replace it with a Celestial Chap Cap! Then you can clip these keychain accessories on your keys, lanyard, badge reel, diaper bag, purse, backpack, or even your kids lunch box!
Do you offer a quantity discount?
Yes, we do! Our quantity discounts are built into the pricing of our items! So the more you buy, the cheaper it will cost per cap! Please contact us for custom quotes on larger quantities than what we show on our listings!
I need my order ASAP! Will my item get to me in time?
We generally ship within 1-3 business days once your order is received (actual turn around time may vary, so see shipping updates at checkout to confirm). The standard mail option (First Class/Ground Advantage) takes 2-6 days to arrive once shipped (shipping from Utah). Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and Express/Overnight takes 1-2 days to arrive once shipped.
I made a mistake on my order details, how can I fix it?
If you submitted an order incorrectly or need to make any changes, please contact us IMMEDIATELY! We sometimes fulfill orders AS they come in, so make sure to let us know ASAP of any changes so we can fix it before your package is mailed out. Please double check all info before submitting your order to make sure it is just right.
Why has my order not shipped?
99% of the time this happens because we were given an incomplete mailing address. We will reach out to you via Etsy chat as well as through email to confirm the correct shipping address. If we do not hear back from you by your scheduled ship by date, we will reassign your ship by date to allow you time to respond back to us. Before submitting your order please double check that we have all the info we need to fulfill it.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order by the estimated time given at checkout then please contact us! It may be lost in transit or delayed. We are responsible for shipping your order out on time, but we are not responsible for USPS not delivering on time.
