How long can I expect to receive my items?
Production & delivery takes approximately 5 - 10 business days.
*Please Note: Delivery times may vary and delays may be expected during the holiday season or at any time when orders are in high demand. Please message me right away if you are experiencing any delays outside of your recommended delivery date. The sooner I hear from you, the faster I can help to resolve any issues that may occur.
Where are your items made?
All shop items are designed and created by Celestial Elements and produced via carefully selected print partners within various locations of the U.S.A.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please submit your request to me no later than 30 days from the time of delivery. I will then provide instructions on how to return your item. Once received, upon inspection of your item(s), you will be refunded in full.
I ask that you please make sure to review all colors, sizes and details of your item carefully to ensure there will be no order errors.
Please do message me with any questions or issues that may arise with your order as customer service is my top priority!
The items that I had ordered came in separate shipments. Why did this happen?
All products sold at Celestial Elements are manufactured by various carefully selected print providers across the U.S. Sometimes when ordering multiple items, these items may be made by two separate print providers, so you will receive those items in separate packages. Please expect delivery times to vary for each item as well. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your order, please message me any time.
Do you offer expedited shipping options to get my items faster?
Unfortunately at this time, I do not offer any expedited shipping options. Please feel free to reach out right away if you are experiencing any delays with your order.
Do you offer more sizes or materials than what are listed? Can I place a custom order for a different size or material?
All available sizes and materials are mentioned in the item description. Custom orders cannot be made for you in a different size or material as these items are manufactured by a third party print provider. Please be advised that I offer any and all possible options for each of my item listings as they become available.
