MY POLICIES IN A NUTSHELL:
- I use Tropical Zodiac for my readings.
- Your reading will be delivered to your email around time specified in the listing description. If you want to receive it faster, please purchase one of the two "Rush My Order" listings (either 72 hours or 48 hours) in addition to your main order.
- I do readings for children, but without future predictions with time frames.
- I do not accept cancellations or refunds.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
*** Is it Vedic astrology? Do you use Tropical or Sidereal Zodiac? ***

This is VEDIC astrology and your chart is interpreted using traditional Vedic techniques, which are based on ancient and medieval Vedic texts. However, unlike most Vedic astrologers, I use TROPICAL Zodiac for your planetary placements. To put it more simply, your planetary locations are the same as in Western astrology. That being the case, I also use SIDEREAL Nakshatras (fixed stars) for timing of future events. This is a unique system, not used by all modern Vedic astrologers, which I have found to be giving more accurate results. There is also scientific and scriptural evidence that Tropical was the original Zodiac used in ancient India.

*** Are your readings personalised or computer-generated? ***

All my readings are hand-written and personalised by myself, including many mathematical calculations explaining the strength of your planets. I only use software to generate the images of your natal chart. Other than that, everything you will read in your report comes from several years of extensive research and studies that I have conducted myself. I spend many hours and often days on each chart, in order to provide you with most detailed and accurate information.

*** When am I going to receive my finished reading? ***

1) Please look at delivery time in the listing description. These are approximate dates, so if you see e.g. 2 weeks, then you will receive it around 12-16 days. Your reading will be delivered to your email.

2) If you would like to receive your reading faster, please consider purchasing the rush fee listing ("Rush My Order") in addition to your main order. There are two options: 72 hours and 48 hours.

*** Do you accept cancellations or refunds? ***

Due to the amount of work, time, and energy required to complete your readings, I do not accept cancellations or refunds. Please think twice before ordering and if something is not clear or you would like to have a more customised reading, you can always send me a message. I'd be happy to help you.

*** How do I leave a review? ***

If you would like to leave a review, please go to your Purchases section on Etsy, which is in the upper-right corner of your screen. Then locate your order on the list and download the confirmation file next to it. This will allow you to leave a rating. If you are not satisfied with your order, before leaving a review please let me know why you didn't like it and I will immediately cooperate with you to solve the problem.

*** Policy regarding readings for children ***

If you are a parent and you would like to order a reading for your child that is not a teenager yet, then you are more than welcome do that. Please note that while I can give you many insights about your child's future career, personality, relationships, wealth, etc. I do not make concrete predictions with time frames when something is going to happen.

*** Etsy informs me that my order was "delivered", while I haven't received anything. ***

This is just an automatic confirmation by Etsy (mandatory for digital products) that you can ignore. Your reading will be delivered to your e-mail address around the time frame described in the listing description.

*** I have gotten a reading from another Vedic astrologer and in their report my ascendant is in Virgo, while in your reading my ascendant is in Libra. Why is that the case? ***

I use Tropical Zodiac, not Sidereal Zodiac, for your planetary placements, so your planets are in the same degrees as if you would get a reading from a typical Western astrologer. There is a difference of approximately 23 degrees between your Sidereal and Tropical chart.
