Each pack size comes with the amount of lip balms numbered in the pack size name. So if you order a “Pack of 30”, you will receive 30 lip balms.

Yes, we do! Our quantity discounts are built into the pricing of our pack sizes! So the more you buy, the cheaper it will cost per tube! Please contact us for custom quotes on larger pack sizes than what we show on our listings!

So let’s say you need 20 lip balms, but there is not a “Pack of 20” option. In cases like these you can order two “Pack of 10”, or one “Pack of 15” and one “Pack of 5”. However you want to mix and match to get to the number you need, feel free to do it :)

We generally take 1-4 days to ship your order once it is received (actual turn around time may vary, so see shipping updates at checkout to confirm). If you choose the standard mail shipping option then you can expect your package to take 2-6 business days to arrive (shipping from Utah). If your order is shipping via Priority Mail you can expect your package to arrive in 2-3 business days. We also offer Express/Overnight shipping (1-2 days), but you’ll need to contact us first to confirm we can process your order that quickly!

If you have not received your order by the estimated time given at purchase then please contact us! It may be lost in transit or delayed. In this case we will put in a “Missing Mail” claim with the post office and try to locate your package quickly for you! We are responsible for shipping your order out in time, but we are not responsible for USPS not delivering on time.

99% of the time this happens because we need additional design info from you. We will reach out to you via Etsy chat as well as through email if the personalization information you submitted is incomplete or we have not received the logo/image you stated you would send. If we do not hear back from you by your scheduled ship by date, we will reassign your ship by date to allow you time to respond back to us. If contact is unsuccessful, your order will be shipped out partially complete. Once you receive it, contact us with the additional information needed to complete the rest of the order and we’ll make sure to get that mailed out to you ASAP! Before submitting your order please double check that we have all the info we need to fulfill it.

Go to the listing of your choice, select the flavor and pack size desired, type your design notes in the personalization section, add item to your cart and checkout! If you have an image or logo to send to us for your lip balm labels, please send it immediately after purchasing via Etsy chat or to love.celestialities@gmail.com.

We do not send out invoices for payment. The best way to purchase is to follow the steps above.

If the personalization or order information you have submitted is incorrect, contact us IMMEDIATELY! We sometimes fulfill orders AS they are coming in, so make sure to let us know ASAP of a change so we can fix it before it is mailed out. Please double check all info before submitting your order to make sure it is exact and specific in detail. There have been a few instances of customers who receive their order and are unhappy because they didn’t double check the info before submitting and got what they ordered, just not what they expected. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements when we gave you exactly what you ordered.

No, we do not. Adding sweetener to the lip balms would mean drying your lips out faster, and we don’t want to do that to you ;) We offer amazing smelling, hand-crafted lip balms that keep your lips moisturized for hours on end!

Because of the handmade nature of the lip balm the potency of the smell can vary from batch to batch. We’ve learned through the years that some customers like their scents super strong, while others like them be more faint. So, like Goldilocks, we try to make it “Just right” in efforts to please everyone. Refunds or exchanges will not be given because your preference of smell strength was not met.
