Processing time: Most items that are in stock ship in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Some products require a longer production time, please review the description of the item when you are purchasing or contact us if you need assistance. For rush orders, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your order.

Resizing jewelry:
Any jewelry that is resized for a customer will be charged a small fee, depending on the amount of work for the specific item. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping to C.Henry and for the return shipping back to the customer.

Returns:
*Jewelry must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
*Customers are responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. A restocking fee will be applied.
*Item(s) must be returned with C.Henry jewelry box and packing slip included
*If the customer is unsatisfied with their purchase and would like to return an item, they will be refunded minus the original shipping fee.
*International orders are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
*All sale items, earrings, personalized jewelry, jewelry that has been resized is final sale. No returns/exchanges.
