5 out of 5 starsThis was a birthday gift for my sister and she LOVED it! Eloise was great to buy from and genuinely wanted me and my sister to be happy. She is easy to correspond with, adds wonderful personal touches (like a beautifully handwritten card with my message and she even wrapped the bracelet in my sister's favourite colours), and always responded to my messages promptly. Highly recommend!

Shipping
All items listed in my shop are ready to ship. I aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days of payment, and will notify you in case of any unforeseen delay.
I am very happy to send to any location worldwide. I am based in Mexico and send all items via the Mexican postal service using registered/certified delivery. I will share the tracking number with you once the item is dispatched. (I do not request a signature on delivery as this can be inconvenient, but am happy to upgrade to this service at no cost if you prefer.)
The international postal service can sometimes be slow and unpredictable. In my experience, packages to most countries should usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. It can occasionally take significantly longer, so I can’t unfortunately make any guarantees about shipping times.
CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES AND FEES
Some countries may charge additional customs duties or fees on items arriving from overseas. You will be responsible for paying these, if any. However, as my items are relatively inexpensive these charges should be minimal or non-existent.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
All of my items come carefully and prettily packed, and I hope they will make you smile when you find them in your mail.
I think my items make great gifts, and I am happy to ship them directly to a gift recipient. If you like, I will include a gift tag or note with your personal message. This can be themed for a birthday, thank you, or other occasion. I can also personalise the package in other ways, for example by wrapping in the recipient’s favourite colours, or using a gift tag that reflects their personality. Just let me know when you make your order (in the note to seller box) and I’ll be in touch to see how we can make their package special (at no extra cost to you).
(Note that if you send direct to a gift recipient they *may* end up paying customs duties, though these are likely to be small. Customs also occasionally opens parcels and opens up gift wrapping.)
