I don't see shipping option for where I am, can you ship to my country?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- yes, I ship to most countries. If you don't see the shipping option for your country, please message me your address and the pieces you are interested in for a shipping quote.

Custom and personalized orders

I love working on custom orders because I know what I create will be very special to you.
Custom orders take longer to ship than the items that are already made as ceramics need to be made , dried (drying period varies depending on the size of the piece), fired once to bisque and than fired again to glaze, therefore they can take upto 6-7 weeks to ship but I promise you it will be worth the wait 😍 when you buy a custom piece you will be the only one in the entire world that has one...

Can I ask for customization of an existing design I see in the shop?

Yes of course , send me a convo about what you would like to be done ( you can pick your clay color, add draining holes to planters etc.) I will try my best to meet your needs.

Not everything I see in your Instagram account is listed in the shop , can I order a design I see in your Instagram account?

Of course , anything on @ceramicsense on IG can be recreated for you. Send me a message about it.

Can I receive my order earlier than the regular processing period?

Regular processing time for made to order items is 4-6 weeks but if you would like me to rush your order I can include your piece in the next kiln fire (The kiln is fired every 10 days). If you wish me to rush your order please consider purchasing an order upgrade.

Packages returned to CeramicSense

If your item is returned to sender (CeramicSense) due to errors in the address provided by the buyer, unclaimed packages at local mail office etc. I will message you on Etsy to inform you your package came back to me and if you wish your item to be resent you will be charged for additional shipping costs.
