Who We Are
Welcome to Chaco Rocks, Minerals and Crafts based out of Eagle River, Alaska. Our goal is to provide high-quality specimens at an affordable price to beginners, expert collectors, and anyone with an appreciation for cool minerals. We specialize in rocks, minerals, specimens, gemstones, crystals, geodes, rock collections, fossils, and crafts made from natural materials.
I became a rockhound when I inherited my grandfather's small collection when I was very young. That small collection led me to become a geologist. After being a professional geologist for more than twenty years, I strive to pass that passion to the next generation of rockhounds.
I am always interested in getting new minerals, so if you have an old collection that you are interested in selling or have access to a mine and nice specimens, please feel free to contact me.
Note: All of these minerals were taken out of mines, not natural caves. Destroying, collecting, or selling cave formations is pointless and wrong.
