GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

Once you place an order with us it is very important to check your Etsy message box within the first 24 hours. In case there is a problem with the shipping information you have provided or if we have a question about your specific order we will reach out immediately. We cannot hold your order more than 24 hours without processing it so if we do not hear back from you within that time frame we will proceed with the order using our best judgement. In a case where the shipping information makes the item undeliverable we may need to cancel the order if we do not receive updated information from you. If you have placed an order for a custom item and request a mockup, you will receive it within a couple of hours of placing your order. Please respond within 24 hours. If we do not hear back from you, we will place the order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Each of our listings include specific product information intended to inform you about that product. Please read this information carefully before you make a purchase. If you have questions about a product which isn't clear or is not included in the listing, please message us and we will answer any questions you have. We do not provide refunds based on uninformed purchasing.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Each item is made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to read all the product information before placing your order so you know what you are getting. In the event your item has been improperly made by our production partner or arrives damaged we will gladly replace your item when provided with photos.

ADDING A GIFT NOTE TO AN ORDER

Free gift notes are offered with purchases. However, the note must be included in your actual order by you and cannot be edited or added after the order has been placed.

SHIPPING

A few important notes about product shipping:

Please be sure to double check all shipping information. In the event you provide an incorrect or undeliverable address your package will be returned to the sender, and you will charged additional reshipping fees to receive your item at the correct address.

Once you have placed an order and it has been sent to production, changes to custom product design and/or the mailing/shipping information is up to the discretion of our print partner and may only be possible within the first hour of placing the order. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, thoroughly checking all your order specifications including shipping information for accuracy before placing your order is extremely important.

All shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only. We have no control over the USPS, domestic and/or international carriers, postal, transportation and/or related strikes or the weather. If your order is time sensitive, please allow extra time between placing your order and the date you need it by.

Regardless of the number of items in an order, all items will be sent to the single address you provide.

Orders traveling outside the continental US and international orders will take longer than orders being delivered domestically. Please refer to the estimated delivery window provided when placing your order.

Please note that orders containing different kinds of items such as a challah board and a challah cover are made by different print partners, will ship separately and may arrive on different days.

OUR CUSTOM PIECES

If you enjoy our designs but need a piece without religious reference, we are delighted to work with you and customize our design to include the perfect messaging and text.

In addition to the Challah Boards, Challah Covers and Jewelry Boxes listed in our shop as customizable, many of our other designs can be personalized with names, dates, and special celebration messaging as well. Please message us with your special needs and questions.

If for some reason you are not pleased or have an issue with your purchase or the purchase process, don’t leave an angry review. Please contact us immediately via Etsy message.
