Sizing details
The majority of our items are made to mesaure. If you have any questions about how to measure or whether a non-made-to-measure item will fit, please message us and we'll be happy to help.
Also, please check our measurement photos, at the end of listings.
Custom and personalised orders
We do take on custom orders. For these, please message the shop on here or via Instagram. The consultation - discussion of your idea, and whether we will take this on is free. Then we will provide you with the price estimate for the item. You pay 100% upfront, but the item is only sent to you, once you've confirmed you're happy with how it looks.
What if my item breaks?
We provide a lifetime warranty for repairs, you can contact us with photos and then send the item back to be fixed. This is free. You only pay for the shipping to us and back to you.
What if I want to add minor changes to your design?
These are very welcome. Please message us first and we will see what we can do and whether that will affect the price.
Is there anywhere I can see your items in person?
We have no physical store, but you can find our pieces in:
'Luna Amatores' in Carlisle, 'Wytches Cave' in Glastonbury, 'Portal' in Leith and 'Wheel of Fate' in Edinburgh.
We also attend a lot of markets across the UK. To find out about this, check the market announcements on our social media.
What metal do you use?
we only use stainless steel across all our designs!
