4 out of 5 starsThe hoops turned out to be too heavy for my sensitive ears, so I'll add the chains to my own jewellery. Looking forward to look spiky AND dangly.

We're very sorry to hear the huggies clasps weren't comfortable for you. In the future, if you'd like to place an earrings order with us, drop me a message before and I can swap the clasps out for a pair of french hooks. I will need to check the design and whether it is an option though, as those won't allow for it to be modular or for heavier designs.

4 out of 5 starsLovely item, but not suitable for me as is: the hoop is quite heavy for my (apparently) sensitive ear. It was also a bit of a struggle to take it off, so perhaps less suitable if you have reduced finger mobility? Luckily it's modular, so I'll attach it to a lighter hoop and then I will most definitely look really cool😎

I'm so sorry to hear that you had trouble with the hoop, could you please drop me a message to explain in more detail, what caused the struggle? as in was it too tight or is it that this sort of clasp is inconvenient to open? and I'm so happy that you can still wear the design, even if with a different hoop. ✨️

5 out of 5 starsThe pieces are sturdy and well made, no problems in the first 2 months of use including one of the bracelets being worn every day. Even though they are a simple design I'm extremely happy with the proportions and vibes. Anya was very clear about what they were willing to commission online and great at finding solutions we were both happy with. You're in save hands with them and I'm sure I'll be back for some more things in the future!

Sizing details
The majority of our items are made to mesaure. If you have any questions about how to measure or whether a non-made-to-measure item will fit, please message us and we'll be happy to help.
Also, please check our measurement photos, at the end of listings.
Custom and personalised orders
We do take on custom orders. For these, please message the shop on here or via Instagram. The consultation - discussion of your idea, and whether we will take this on is free. Then we will provide you with the price estimate for the item. You pay 100% upfront, but the item is only sent to you, once you've confirmed you're happy with how it looks.
What if my item breaks?
We provide a lifetime warranty for repairs, you can contact us with photos and then send the item back to be fixed. This is free. You only pay for the shipping to us and back to you.
What if I want to add minor changes to your design?
These are very welcome. Please message us first and we will see what we can do and whether that will affect the price.
Is there anywhere I can see your items in person?
We have no physical store, but you can find our pieces in:
'Luna Amatores' in Carlisle, 'Wytches Cave' in Glastonbury, 'Portal' in Leith and 'Wheel of Fate' in Edinburgh.
We also attend a lot of markets across the UK. To find out about this, check the market announcements on our social media.
What metal do you use?
we only use stainless steel across all our designs!
