Practical launch kits for service businesses that run their own marketing
A chalk line is the tool a builder snaps once to mark a straight guide, so every cut after it runs true. That is the idea behind every Chalkline kit: set it up once, and every job after runs straight.
Chalkline started from watching small service businesses and small agencies make the same expensive mistakes with their marketing. Ad budgets spread across too many campaigns. Search ads with no negative keywords and no conversion tracking. New clients onboarded differently every time, with access chased for weeks. None of it is hard to fix. It just needs a clear method and the right templates in front of you.
So each kit is a complete, self-contained system: a plain-English playbook that explains the thinking, a workbook that does the maths with your own numbers, and the templates you would otherwise write from scratch.
How the kits are made:
- Every platform rule is checked against Meta's or Google's own help pages, linked, and stamped with the month it was checked. Platforms change often, so you can always re-check.
- Where something is experience rather than a platform rule, the kit says so.
- No borrowed benchmarks and no promised results. Your market, offer and follow-up decide results. The kits give you a sound method and the tools to measure what is working.
- Every template comes filled in once as a worked example, plus a blank copy.
- I write and design the kits with the help of AI writing and design tools, then check every rule against its source.
The files are PDF, Excel and Word, so they open on any computer and in Google Sheets and Docs. Each kit is licensed for one business, and you can use it for your own business and your own clients.
If a file is broken or something looks out of date, send me a message here on Etsy and I'll fix it the same week.
