Welcome to Challenge Volleyball! I’m McKenna Reitz—an educator, speaker, and coach who believes coaching is about far more than what happens on the court. It’s about building relationships, developing confidence, and helping athletes grow as people.

After 19 years as a varsity volleyball coach—and as someone who still coaches club volleyball—I know how much heart, preparation, and energy goes into leading a team. I created this shop to share practical resources that help coaches feel prepared, supported, and intentional.
